Safety-first principle
If a visitor may be in immediate danger, at risk of harming themselves or someone else, or unable to stay safe, the correct next step is local emergency services or qualified crisis support. I Am Alone must never become a substitute for urgent help.
Crisis language
Pages that discuss intense loneliness, emotional overwhelm, self-harm risk, crisis, or emergency support should use clear, direct language. The site should avoid vague reassurance when immediate action is needed.
Country support information
Support-by-country information is provided as a practical starting point and must be manually verified before launch and reviewed regularly. Emergency numbers and helpline availability can change by country, region, provider, and phone type.
Product boundaries
Digital products and memberships may offer reflection, prompts, rituals, and supportive structure. They must not claim to prevent suicide, treat illness, replace therapy, or guarantee emotional outcomes.
This page supports transparency and responsible use. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.
